I'm New

We know getting to know a new church might make you nervous. We've prepared this page to help you understand what to expect when you visit as our guest at Beautiful Savior. Here you can learn what to expect at worship, what we believe and teach, how we've become who we are. If you've got any questions, don't hesitate to ask us.

Our Worship

We might best be described as being conservative theologically but relaxed in style. We are a 'come as you are' type of place where you will be encouraged in worship and fellowship.

WHERE TO SIT

Feel free to sit wherever you'd like, whether the front or the back. If you need assistance an usher will help you.

Service Schedule

We have two services on Sunday mornings beginning at 8:15 or 11:00. In between services, starting at 10:00 we schedule our Sunday school and offer an adult bible class as well.

WHAT TO WEAR

Come as you are. We aren't worried about what you're wearing.

WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS

Kids of all ages are welcome at Beautiful Savior. We encourage kids and their parents to grow in faith together as they hear God's word and sing his praise.

• Speakers are located in the cry room which allow you to follow along with the service if you need to step out with your child.

Our World-Wide Church Body

Beautiful Savior is part of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the WELS is the third largest Lutheran church body in America.

Characterized as theologically conservative, WELS has grown to over 1,200 congregations in North America. It has over 400,000 baptized members, served by over 1,000 pastors.

The synod operates four ministerial education schools: Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Mequon, Wisconsin; Martin Luther College, New Ulm, Minnesota; Luther Preparatory School, Watertown, Wisconsin; and Michigan Lutheran Seminary, Saginaw, Michigan.
